Commissioning Manager

The Commissioning Manager serves as the technical leader and primary escalation point for commissioning technicians, ensuring that ERock's power generation units perform as designed before energization. This role oversees the preparation, scheduling, and execution of commissioning activities from factory acceptance testing through site acceptance testing and final energization. The position is responsible for developing team capabilities, establishing repeatable practices, and ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
