The role involves leading and mentoring a team on a complex, large‑scale, mission‑critical project, managing MEP design requirements, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, and overseeing interfaces while ensuring programme, cost, quality and health‑safety‑wellbeing targets are met. The incumbent will also identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support digital, MMC and sustainability initiatives aligned with Mace’s net‑zero carbon objectives.
