About this role
The Commissions Analyst will support DoiT’s Global Business Operations by ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and scalability of the company’s sales compensation programs. The role partners with Finance, Sales, and People Operations to maintain audit-ready documentation and drive data-driven improvements and automation across commission systems. This is a remote position supporting the Global Sales team, ideally based in the Eastern US or the UK.
