Responsibilities

Calculate and process sales commission payouts accurately and on schedule
Set, manage, and adjust sales quotas in partnership with sales leadership
Administer and maintain SPM platforms including plan configuration and data loads
Identify and lead process improvements across commission calculation and reporting
Partner with sales leadership and finance to evaluate and refine sales compensation plans
