Commissions Manager

The Commissions Manager leads ENGIE's broker commission function, overseeing accurate and timely commission payments while managing monthly cycles and complex exceptions. This role partners with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues, manage financial risk, and improve systems and processes supporting broker commissions. The position reports to the Director of Commissions and Cash Applications to help build a scalable commission operating model aligned with business objectives.
