The Commissions Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant calculation and reporting of sales commissions as the company scales. The role partners with Sales Operations, HR, Payroll, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal to support compensation plan execution, maintain data integrity, and provide insights. The position also supports system maintenance, reconciliations, and documentation to uphold internal controls and compliance.
