The CAPEX Commodity Manager leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, and negotiation for capital expenditure projects across North America. This role manages procurement for major equipment, construction, engineering services, and plant expansion while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The position drives cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance across the CAPEX portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute North America CAPEX sourcing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Lead competitive bid events including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and technical-commercial evaluations
Manage procurement milestones to support project schedules and avoid equipment delivery delays
Negotiate key contractual protections including payment terms, milestones, and performance guarantees
Conduct supplier business reviews focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance
