About this role

VEIR is seeking a Commodity Manager to lead the contract manufacturing sourcing program for its Terminations commodity, identifying and qualifying partners for prototype through volume production. This role manages key suppliers for specialty termination components, driving lead time reduction, multi-sourcing strategies, and supplier agreements. The position requires technical fluency in electro-mechanical assemblies and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Quality, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

Manage key suppliers for specialty termination components and drive lead time reduction
Develop detailed production RFQs and support supplier qualification through NPI stage-gate process
