About this role

The Commodity Sales Specialist will act as a bridge between commercial sales teams, internal research experts, and global clients in the coal, metals, and mining markets. The role focuses on diagnosing client workflows, delivering integrated market intelligence solutions, and driving revenue growth through up‑selling and strategic engagements. Reporting to the Vice President of Commercial Transformation, the specialist will manage regional net sales and retention targets while collaborating closely with research and commodity teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with commercial team to analyze client portfolios
Conduct diagnostic sessions to uncover client pain points
Own regional net sales and retention targets
Facilitate client briefings and workshops with research experts
Track pre- and post-sales activities in Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Chemical Engineering or related fieldMaster’s degree (preferred)
