Communication Center Coordinator

This role coordinates communications between LifeFlight, Air Medical Programs, EMS providers, and referral agencies to ensure efficient operations within the Allegheny Health Network. The position involves managing flight requests, critical care ground transports, and specialty team dispatches while maintaining accurate documentation in EPIC and EMS charts. The coordinator also monitors heliport traffic, provides offload support, and handles medical command notifications via telephone and radio.
