About this role
A change management role supporting the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) within the Assistance and Advisory Service program, focused on enabling successful outsourcing transitions and maintaining an engaged workforce. The position is part of Spektrum's interim workforce supporting NATO clients and is based in The Hague with some travel to other NATO sites. The role requires working with classified information and therefore a valid National or NATO Secret security clearance.
