Communication Surveillance Analyst - CIB

The Communication Surveillance Analyst monitors, analyzes, and reports on employee communications within the CIB area to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role involves detecting and mitigating risks related to market abuse, insider trading, and customer compliance while continuously improving surveillance tools and processes. The position also includes participating in projects to roll out surveillance capabilities across new communication channels and geographies.
