The Communications Director will lead the development and execution of Inclusive Development International's public communications strategy, overseeing website, social media, news media engagement, events, and publications. Working closely with the Executive Director, program staff, and a Communications Associate, the role ensures consistent brand storytelling across advocacy, fundraising, and donor communications.
Inclusive Development International (IDI) advances social, economic, and environmental justice by supporting communities worldwide to defend their rights against harmful corporate activities. Through its Follow the Money research, casework, and policy advocacy, IDI holds corporations and development finance institutions accountable and promotes a more just and ecologically sustainable development model. The organization also provides training and resources for fellow human rights defenders to strengthen the global movement for corporate accountability. IDI envisions a world where local communities determine their own development paths and businesses respect human rights and environmental responsibilities.
