Communications Dispatcher

This position is responsible for providing all communications for USF Police and Public Safety personnel, monitoring field activities, and dispatching officers to emergency and service calls. The role involves operating the 9-1-1 emergency system, computer systems, and other equipment in the Communications Center to coordinate responses and assist the public. The dispatcher also enters data into Computer Aided Dispatch and assists in the training of new dispatchers.
