Communications Engineer

The Communications Engineer oversees the administration, optimization, and governance of the credit union's enterprise communications platforms, with a primary focus on UCaaS solutions, Enterprise Contact Center technologies, and Talkdesk. This role serves as the primary technical resource for voice services, contact center operations, and carrier services, ensuring all systems are reliable, secure, and compliant. The position also involves supporting approved AI-enabled communication features and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
