District Momentum
The Communications Intern will support the Washington Capitals Communications Department by overseeing game night staff, coordinating media operations, handling credentialing and press box management, and providing direct assistance to ensure a first‑class game‑day experience for media and hockey operations staff. This part‑time seasonal role offers hands‑on experience in sports communications and media relations.
The Washington Capitals and Wizards are building a new arena. In a city full of historic monoliths, we are building something bold and bright, something for now that also envisions the future. Something that invites our fans to not just look at history, but to live it.
