Communications Manager

The Communications Manager will develop and execute internal and external communications, marketing, and event strategies to drive engagement and strengthen brand awareness for Thiess Group Operating Companies across the Australia West region. Reporting to the Head of People & Communication, the role supports regional executive engagement, employer value proposition promotion, and brand presence management. The position involves managing media relations, crisis communications, and digital platforms while delivering strategic campaigns and events to support business objectives.
