Communications & Public Relations Director

The Communications & Public Relations Director guides Xponential’s enterprise-wide communications strategy, including public relations, franchisee communications, and crisis-management communications. This role develops and executes communication strategies that support business priorities, protect and enhance the Company’s reputation, ensure consistent messaging across audiences, and strengthen engagement with franchisees, media, and other stakeholders. The Director works closely with communications team members and outside PR resources to ensure effective messaging and responses for key initiatives and high-impact matters.
