The selected candidate will evaluate adversary and competitor space-based communications capabilities, including satellite payloads, communications networks, ground segments, frequency usage, resiliency features, and future modernization initiatives. This position supports national-level intelligence assessments of foreign military, civil, commercial, and dual-use communications systems and their implications for global military operations, strategic competition, and national security.
