The Community Ambassador is a front-line representative for a student housing community responsible for delivering excellent service to prospective and current residents to support occupancy goals. The role focuses on guiding prospects through the leasing process, supporting community marketing and events, and representing the property to residents and external stakeholders. The position reports to the Community Manager and supports day-to-day property operations and resident relations.
