Community and Belonging Program Manager

The Community and Belonging Program Manager is responsible for executing the City's racial equity objectives by leading, consulting on, and auditing programs to ensure equal access for historically marginalized communities. This role involves supporting program management, reporting, and analysis while collaborating with city departments to identify and address systemic inequities in civic engagement and representation. The position also focuses on developing equitable policies, managing projects and grants, and conducting research to measure and report on equity goals.
