Community Aquatics Program Administrator

The Community Aquatics Program Administrator provides high-volume administrative support for Asphalt Green’s Community Aquatics Programs, including Wave Makers NYC and Waterproofing. This role serves as a key point of coordination between schools, participants, families, and internal departments to ensure programs are organized, participants are enrolled, and data is accurate. The position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage recurring responsibilities and time-sensitive assignments across a growing portfolio of programs and locations.
