The Community Associate is the primary on-site point of contact and the “face” of WeWork, responsible for representing the brand and supporting the building’s Community Management team. This role focuses on creating a welcoming, collaborative environment for members and promoting WeWork’s services. The associate reports to the building daily and supports both member-facing and operational needs.
