Community Association Manager

The Community Association Manager oversees the administration, operation, and management of all community facilities, programs, and amenities at the Esplanade at Madeira Ranch in Elk Grove, California. This role serves as the primary point of contact for the Association Board on operational matters, ensuring services are delivered in a first-class manner consistent with community rules and Troon's standards. The position involves supervising staff and vendors, managing maintenance and security needs, handling resident complaints, and preparing operational and financial reports. The manager also ensures compliance with governing documents, oversees architectural change requests, and maintains up-to-date website content to enhance the resident experience.
