Community Association Portfolio Manager I

The Community Association Portfolio Manager I manages assigned condominium and community association relationships, serving as a primary or secondary contact for clients within the Community Association Banking Department. The role supports portfolio administration, client-service matters, financial and covenant analysis, annual reviews, and the preparation of credit recommendations. The Portfolio Manager I identifies emerging risks, recommends appropriate servicing actions for review, and escalates complex or higher-risk matters in accordance with bank policy.
