About this role

The Community-Based Protection Associate works directly with refugee and internally displaced communities to identify risks, build protective networks, and ensure access to protection services. This role involves coordinating with government, NGO partners, and local stakeholders to design community-owned activities addressing social, health, and livelihood concerns while enforcing global protection standards. The incumbent also conducts participatory assessments, monitors programs, and advocates for vulnerable groups within the protection framework.
