Community Based Therapist - PT

Nexus Family Healing is seeking a Community Based Therapist to provide mental health therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings, including homes, community locations, and via telehealth. The role involves delivering trauma-informed, strength-based care using evidence-based models like EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy. The therapist will conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning while collaborating with families, schools, and community partners. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and requires frequent travel between sites.
