Community Based Therapist

The Community Based Therapist provides person‑centered, trauma‑informed psychotherapy to children and youth ages 3‑20 and their families across in‑home, school, and office settings. Working within the STAY, Wraparound, and Outpatient programs, the therapist manages the full treatment cycle from intake to discharge, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members and legal guardians. The role also includes crisis prevention, billing compliance, and mentorship responsibilities.
