Quinault Wellness Center is seeking a compassionate Community Based Worker to help individuals navigate healthcare services and connect with resources that support their overall health and well-being. This position serves as a link between patients, healthcare providers, and community organizations to address individual needs and barriers to care. The role involves identifying needs, researching resources, and coordinating support services to improve patients' quality of life.
Quinault Wellness Center is an outpatient treatment center facility located in Aberdeen, Washington. Treating adults 18 and older with addiction treatment, outpatient services, MAT services including Suboxone, buprenorphine, methadone, vivitrol. Assist in referrals to inpatient treatment, detox and outside resources. Walk-in hours for new patients Monday- Friday 6am to 11am. All insurances accepted, sliding scale, payment plan options. Assisting with insurance sign up and renewals
