The Community Care Partner engages Thyme Care members both in their communities and virtually to provide navigation and support through their cancer journey. This hybrid, member-facing role acts as the in-person extension of Thyme Care’s model and reports to a Care Partner Team Lead. The position collaborates with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure members receive holistic support and aligns with the company mission to improve cancer care experiences.
