The Community Care RN provides and supervises professional, independent nursing care for Providence participants in the community, based in the nursing process and consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act. This role supports the Irvington site and is part of Providence PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly that helps older adults live healthy, independent lives through clinics and home visits. The position operates on a Monday to Friday day shift schedule.
