Community Care Worker III

The Community Care Worker III serves as a specialist in the Program Support Unit, performing moderately complex tasks related to managed care Long Term Services and Supports. The role involves frequent contact with case managers, service providers, and various stakeholders to manage Medicaid 1115 waiver programs and support individuals transitioning to community-based care. This position requires operating computer systems and applying extensive knowledge of CCSE/PSU programs to assist applicants and members with eligibility and service coordination.
