Community Coach

Lesley University’s Threshold Program seeks a Community Coach to provide individualized, in-home, and community-based skills training to young adults and clients with neurodiverse profiles. The role focuses on supporting clients in developing greater independence and active community participation through activities such as socialization, employment-related skills, and independent living. This part-time position requires onsite availability in Cambridge, MA and involves regular communication with clients, families, and support professionals.
