Community Coach

The Community Coach role supports children, young people, and their families in Western Sydney who are at risk of or have experienced domestic and family violence. Working within the Person Led Coaching program, the position focuses on building trust, identifying individual goals, and fostering positive outcomes through a strengths-based approach. The role also involves contributing to service impact, data collection, and system-wide improvements.
