About this role

The Community Connect Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for Community Connect Affiliates, driving the successful use of Monument Health supplied technology at Connect sites. This role develops strong relationships with customers through excellent communication, understanding their goals, and helping them effect change. The position partners with other caregivers to develop existing and potential relationships in the greater Monument Health catchment area.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain bi-directional communication between IT and Affiliates
Conduct regular check-ins to assess technology utilization and identify optimization opportunities
Facilitate or provide project management for IT-related projects for Affiliates
