Community Connections Worker

As a Community Connections Worker at The Salvation Army Norwest Corps, you will develop and deliver meaningful community programs to connect vulnerable individuals with essential support and resources. Reporting to the Corps Officer, this permanent part-time role involves building relationships, coordinating emergency relief, facilitating community pathways, and supporting fundraising initiatives. You will manage service referrals and engage with community partners to empower families in crisis while upholding the organization's mission.
