About this role

This role involves advocating for individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and mental health challenges by helping them achieve personal goals and build independence. The position is part of a partnership with the Homeless, Addiction, and Recovery Treatment (HART) Hub to provide coordinated, compassionate, and evidence-based services. The Community Consultant works within the Intensive Case Management program to support adults in managing their illnesses and engaging in community activities.
