Community Day Services Coordinator

The Community Day Services Coordinator supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by coordinating services and managing a caseload within the Community Day Services program. This role involves assisting with daily operations, program development, staff training, and the implementation of individual outcomes outlined in Personal Plans. The position requires collaboration with the Manager of CDS to schedule activities and maintain accurate records.
