Community Development Planner

This role supports the implementation of department work plans and programs related to long-range and current planning by coordinating, reviewing, and reporting on planning applications. The position assists in preparing planning studies, policies, and ordinances while ensuring compliance with city regulations and development standards. The incumbent acts as staff to the Development Review Committee and Planning Commission, conducting field inspections and facilitating public participation in the planning process.
