Community Development Worker

The Community Development Worker plays a key role in delivering a community development approach to care at Hummingbird House, Queensland's only children's hospice and paediatric palliative care service. This position focuses on building connections, strengthening support networks, and fostering a sense of belonging for children and families throughout their journey, including during illness, end-of-life care, and bereavement. The role involves collaborating with families, community groups, and stakeholders to enhance community capacity and support.
