Community Director

The Community Director is responsible for the overall organization, planning, and daily operations of the assisted living and/or memory care community. This role focuses on enhancing the resident experience through Artful Dining, Zestful Activities, and Heartfelt Care while ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary expectations. The position involves supervising staff, managing HR operations, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, families, and associates.
