Community Education Worker (CEW)

The Community Education Worker supports refugee and immigrant families with young children by building trusting relationships and providing culturally responsive education, resources, and support. The role involves conducting home visits, facilitating kindergarten readiness activities, and connecting families to health and social services to improve early education outcomes. This position works under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and Home Visiting Assistant Manager to strengthen connections within diverse communities.
