Violence Intervention Program (VIP) is a New York City–based nonprofit led by and for Latinx survivors of domestic and sexual violence. VIP provides culturally affirming, language-accessible programs and services to help survivors recover from trauma and break intergenerational cycles of abuse and poverty. Its work includes survivor-centered crisis intervention, advocacy, counseling and community-based supports, along with outreach, education, and policy advocacy to advance safety and justice for Latinx communities in NYC.
