Community Engagement Assistant

The Community Engagement Assistant supports the Sales & Marketing team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals by managing the community's database, maintaining sales collateral, and coordinating resident move-in processes. This role ensures a smooth and successful transition for new residents by preparing administrative files and conducting orientations according to company standards. The position also involves handling incoming calls, maintaining prospect records, and assisting with billing data submissions.
