Community Engagement Coordinator

The Community Engagement Coordinator manages high-volume, public-facing fan experience inquiries across Insomniac’s festivals, brands, and concerts via social media and email. This role ensures timely responses to fan questions and concerns while supporting broader community engagement efforts by identifying trends in fan sentiment and escalating issues. The position requires on-site work at festivals and collaboration with various internal teams to enhance the Headliner experience.
