Community Engagement Coordinator

The Community Engagement Coordinator leads MORDI TT’s Community Empowerment Team, providing strategic oversight for participatory planning, community mobilisation, and stakeholder coordination across Tonga’s rural communities. This role strengthens community governance and supports inclusive development while ensuring programme activities align with donor requirements and safeguarding standards. The position involves supervising a team of four officers and driving community-driven development initiatives.
