Community Engagement Director

The Community Engagement Director provides strategic leadership for community-centered initiatives, oversees programs at the YWCA Family Resource Center, and leads the planning and development of the organization's AmeriCorps Planning Grant. This role involves cultivating partnerships with community stakeholders, volunteers, and organizations to expand the YWCA's reach and impact throughout Central Alabama. The position serves as a key ambassador for the organization, driving awareness, engagement, and support for its mission of eliminating racism and empowering women.
