About this role

The Community Engagement & Events Coordinator plans and executes internal and external events to strengthen employee engagement, community partnerships, and philanthropic support for Pullman Regional Hospital. This role collaborates with hospital leadership, physicians, volunteers, and community partners to manage event logistics, coordinate fundraising campaigns, and organize donor stewardship activities. The position requires working onsite to personally connect with colleagues and represent the hospital at regional networking functions.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute internal and external events to strengthen employee engagement and community partnerships
Coordinate fundraising events and manage event logistics including venue and vendor management
Develop and execute employee appreciation activities and recognition programs
Organize donor stewardship events to strengthen relationships with philanthropic supporters
Manage event timelines, budgets, and report on participation and outcomes
