Community Engagement Manager

The Community Engagement Manager supports the development and execution of Lowe's community engagement strategy by leading volunteer programs, nonprofit partnerships, and community initiatives. This role partners cross-functionally to activate associate volunteerism, advance signature community programs, and ensure alignment with business priorities and brand values. The manager is responsible for program implementation, relationship management, and performance tracking to ensure community initiatives deliver measurable impact.
