The Community Engagement Manager leads the development, implementation, and management of mobile library outreach across the Riverside County Library System service area while supporting systemwide programming. Reporting to the Executive Director, this role supervises Library Outreach Services staff and works actively in the field to deliver services, strengthen relationships, and expand meaningful programming opportunities. The position serves as a systemwide resource for branch programming through guidance, coordination, and support.
